Today, I went to the beachfront with my kids. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She put the shell
to her ear and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic but I had to tell
someone!

However, think about this, what if you typed a catchier post title?
I am not saying your content isn't solid., but what
if you added a title to possibly grab a person's attention? I mean Meraih Kesuksesan Dalam Berkarir is
a little vanilla. You ought to peek at Yahoo's front page and note how they create news headlines to grab viewers
interested. You might try adding a video or a related picture or two to grab readers excited about what you've written.
In my opinion, it could bring your website a little bit more interesting.
